Traditional Thai Massage Therapy involves traditional methods of healing by balancing one’s energy channels, in order to relieve aches, pains and muscle stiffness and bring good energy back into the body. Techniques of this practice include stretching, acupressure, movement, and manipulation of the body, increasing blood flow, releasing stress, and energizing and relaxing the body and mind.

The goals of Therapeutic Massages are to offer health benefits, alter structural parts of the body that cause pain and are restrictive, and return your body to normal operations. They address stress management, injuries, and promote a better overall physical and mental bill of health by mobilizing soft tissue like muscles.

Relaxation Massages are aimed at improving circulation, range of movement, and general relaxation of your body. They promote rejuvenation of the body, healthy, glowing skin, and are beneficial in aiding the de-stressing of the body with the use of essential oils, hot stones and more, resulting in little to no soreness after.

Cupping Therapy methods are used to release fluids and stiff soft tissue and increase blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles by creating a suction or vacuum with plastic or glass cups. Cupping helps to detoxify muscle fibres, relieve pain and inflammation, and aids in relaxing the body.

In Hot Stone Massages, stones are heated in water and placed on certain points on the body to allow pain relief and relaxation. Hot stones are used to target deeper layers of muscle in localized areas to better relieve tension and muscle stiffness in the body, increasing flexibility in joints, and increasing circulation.

Deep Tissue Massages release stress, tension, and tough knots and are used to correct chronic aches and pains, assist in rehabilitation of injuries, and increase the range of mobility in the body. This is achieved by applying firm pressure to the skin in slow movements and strokes in order to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.

Sports Massages are geared towards athletes and physically active people in targeting specific sports-related injury spots. They are used to keep the body in top condition, prep the body for physical activities, and prevent and recover from injuries. A variety of massage and strength-training techniques are used in Sports Massages to increase range of motion and flexibility.

Pregnancy, or Pre-Natal, Massages aid in the reduction of stress, anxiety and depression, as well as in the swelling in arms and legs, while providing relaxation and emotional support and improving sleep quality. They help to relieve aches and pains in joints and muscles, especially in the back, resulting in better posture. The massaging of the skin stimulates various glands in body, resulting in the stabilization and regulation of hormones and moods. Pre-Natal Massages promote a general sense of well-being and ease in oneself and aims to address the discomforts that come with pregnancy.
