Cupping Therapy methods are used to release fluids and stiff soft tissue and increase blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles by creating a suction or vacuum with plastic or glass cups. Cupping helps to detoxify muscle fibres, relieve pain and inflammation, and aids in relaxing the body.
In Hot Stone Massages, stones are heated in water and placed on certain points on the body to allow pain relief and relaxation. Hot stones are used to target deeper layers of muscle in localized areas to better relieve tension and muscle stiffness in the body, increasing flexibility in joints, and increasing circulation.
